Q1: During the process of VAS 5054A bluetooth scanner installation, an error message display on screen reading “FDICopy () failed: code 4 [Corrupt cabinet]”. How to solve the problem?

Q2: Bluetooth can work normally when make communication, but USB cannot work, what’s the problem?
A: There are 3 reasons that may result in this problem.
1.The computer electricity leak away, please does not plug the power into the PC or notebook, it is better to have test on another computer.
2.There may be something wrong with USB cable or the main unit; you can try to change another one.
3.The problem may lie on 5054A itself, please contact us immediately if has been the case.
Q3: when install 5054A, the main unit indicator light doesn’t flash, what could be the problem?
