Things you will need:
A blank key that fits your car
Vehicle PIN code
CK100 Key Programmer (Mine is the latest 45.09 version)
How to:
1) Prepare the 3 things mentioned above. The blank keys can be purchased from ebay. If you do not know your cars PIN code, you may need an expert to pull it for you or get a PIN code reader and do it yourself. The CK100 45.09 can be purchased from obd2 tool shops. Mine is from EOBD2: http://www.eobd2.fr/v4509-ck-100-ck100-auto-key-programmer-support-till-201409-43240.html.
2) Hook up CK100 and the car. CK100 screen will light up a few seconds later, means it has got power supply.
3) Select vehicle model as Volkswagen Caseville.
4) In the next windows, you will get several options, select “PROG. NEW KEYS”.
5) Then you will get a message “Without PIN CODE you cannot program new keys”. Go to the next page and enter your PIN code.
6) Once input the PIN code, input how many new keys you want to program.
7) Wait for a few seconds until CK100 prompts “COMMUNICATION OK”.
8) Insert the original car key and turn the switch to “ON” position but do not start the car, and then remove the key.
9) Insert the blank key in while left ignition off. Waiting for 40-60 seconds (max 60 seconds) until the safety access procedure was completed.
10) If you want to program multiple keys, please disconnect the OBD2 cable after every programming and reconnect it for the next programming.
11) Remove CK100 when finish.
